Q. Why are your processors so inexpensive compared to the other two brands?
A. Maybe you should ask them why they are so expensive! Don't let them fool you that their boxes are better. 'You get what you pay for' is not always true. Q. What samplerate does the DSPXtra use?
A. All of the BW processors use internal samplerates ranging from 48KHz to 768KHz to match a particular processing stage's requirements. Q. I need to control the processor from a remote site. Is this possible?
A. Sure. The DSPXtra has Ethernet, USB and serial remote control as standard. Q. Just how powerful is the DSPXtra, especially considering the size?
A. The DSPXtra has over 1200 MIPS/MMACS. That's DSP talk for twelve hundred million multiplications per second. That's 50% more than the Orban 8400! Plenty of power to make you sound great with enough spare for future upgrades. Q. I am not sure. Can I try one?
